Returns & Exchanges

At Mi Piaci, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Mi Piaci account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
